Product Description The Pacific Outdoors 17-SZ1032PLB SubZero Snowshoe Combo Kit includes the 17-SZ1032 SubZero Snowshoes; a pair of telescoping three-section aluminum snowshoe poles for extra balance and added power; and a convenient carry and storage pouch. The snowshoes feature an anodized T6 aluminum frame that is lightweight, attractive, and strong. The rear and toe decks are made of tough, durable Lytex, and sturdy Hypalon wraps all around. Toe-wrap bindings surround your feet to provide support and comfort while walking. For outstanding traction up and down hills, the snowshoes feature double-claw aluminum crampons. And to prevent toe-hooking and snow from flying up in your face, Pacific Outdoors designed these snowshoes with toe-rod pivots and spring-back bindings. The design features a tapered frame for better maneuverability, and a narrow tail to reduce the chance of cross-stepping. These snowshoes are built to support up to 175 pounds, and the adjustable heel strap fits nearly all boot and shoe sizes.

| Customer Reviews: Good quality, fast delivery. February 16, 2009 Steven Smit I have been very pleased with quality of these snowshoes and have had no problems with them after multiple hikes. The tote bag is much larger than I've seen with other package deals and the price was better than the comparable items I looked at. Would definitely recommend.
Very Nice January 18, 2008 R. Murphy (Bristolville, Ohio USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My Husband and I love our new snowshoes... Our only complaint is that the heal strap tends to slip down and the loosen while walking. We just put some clips on the straps and that solved the problem. We took these out in over a foot of snow and sank very little... It was wonderful to be able to see the prettiest snow of the year without hiking through snow up to our knees. Our only regret is that we didn't but them sooner. Great Quality and Package for the Price.
Good quality for the price April 16, 2009 W. Rice (Seattle, WA USA) My expectations were low, given that these included snowshoes, poles and a carrying case at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was initially worried about the weight rating, but I weigh 185 and was carrying a 40lb pack over a short distance through medium consistency snow with a light crust, and was just fine, sinking only 3-4 inches with each step. There was nothing creaking or groaning in the shoes either - they took the weight in stride. The shoes are much more maneuverable than my traditional leather/wood ones, and the aluminum crampon underneath makes climbing a snap. I just have to remember that the crampons are there so I don't claw up my wooden porch... I'd buy these again. Yes, the straps can slip a bit over time, but it's really not that big of a deal.
